1. Where do your products ship from?
As we're a global brand, we currently stock our items in 3 locations: USA, Australia, and China. Your item will be shipped from the closest warehouse to get to you as quickly as possible. We are however experiencing rapid growth and our products sell out quickly. In these situations, we send your item out from the next closest location.
2. What are your products made of?
All our product materials vary, You can find all the specific details about an item on the product description...but we DO NOT sell leather. We are animal-lovers and no amount of fashion or money will change that. If you want to know more details, do not hesitate to contact us.
3. How does shipping work?
All our products are subjected to a period of handling before being shipped
99% of our orders leave the warehouse between 1 to 7 days after the order has been placed.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order gets shipped along with a tracking number
4. When will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary based on the day you order (for example if you order on a Friday after last orders go out) but can take from 7-14 days or less.
5. I ordered two products, but have received only one ... what's happening?
Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.
6. How can I cancel or modify my order?
Cancellations and order modifications can only happen within 24 hours after you placed your order, after that, the order is shipped and can't be modified. Contact us at email@example.com if you want to cancel or modify your order.
